For the second year in a row, we won the Best Employee Engagement Service Provider award at the World HRD Congress Awards 2017 held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai.
Following its inception 25 years ago, the World HRD Congress has established itself as one of the leading Human Resources events in India, bringing together HR leaders from across 13 countries. The entries for the Best Employee Engagement Service Provider were submitted in January 2017 and it was after an exciting and intensive jury round earlier this month that Never Grow Up emerged on top to claim the title.
Driven by our core philosophy of driving happiness at work, we have also recently launched Happyness Quotient – a real-time, patent pending, people management tool that measures happiness levels across an organisation.
